What we’ll work through together
Each week, we'll have a different focus area. We’ll focus on the patterns, habits, and mindset shifts that help you feel calmer, clearer, and more confident without alcohol.
You’ll be coached through things like:
- Identity work and self-trust
Becoming the woman who keeps promises to herself, supports herself differently, and believes she can actually do this. - Cravings, triggers, and stress
Understanding what is really happening in the moments you want to drink, and learning how to pause, regulate, and choose differently. - Self-compassion and shame spirals
Working through the all-or-nothing thinking, inner critic, and “I messed up so I might as well give up” moments. - Morning and evening routines
Creating simple routines that help you start and end your day feeling grounded, clear, and supported. - Social situations and summer plans
Preparing for dinners, vacations, BBQs, celebrations, friend pressure, and family dynamics with more confidence. - Emotions and nervous system support
Learning how to feel your feelings, calm your body, and support yourself without automatically reaching for a drink. - Mindset and thought work
Noticing the thoughts that keep you stuck and practicing new ones that help you move forward. - Daily Sparkle accountability
Using small daily habits to build momentum, notice your wins, and rebuild trust with yourself one day at a time.
This is not about adding more pressure to your life. It is about learning how to support yourself through the moments that usually make you want to start over.

Replays will be available if you can’t make the calls live.
