You’re here because you’re tired of starting over with alcohol and ready to build confidence, trust yourself again, and see how good life can feel Amazingly Alcohol-Free.
You belong in Amazingly AF: Find Your Sparkle if...
-
You are so tired of the start-and-stop cycle with alcohol. You have taken breaks, made rules, listened to the podcasts, downloaded the apps, and promised yourself more times than you can count that this time will be different.
-
You are tired of thinking about alcohol so much. Whether you are going to drink, how much you are going to have, whether you should stop, when you will start again, and why you cannot seem to figure this out once and for all.
-
From the outside, your life probably looks pretty good. You are capable, responsible, and the person other people count on, which makes it even more frustrating that this one thing feels so hard.
-
You use alcohol to relax, reward yourself, turn your brain off, take the edge off a stressful day, or finally give yourself permission to stop doing everything for everyone else.
-
Part of you still wishes moderation would work, because you cannot imagine vacations, dinners, weekends, holidays, celebrations, or sitting by the pool without a drink.
-
You worry that becoming alcohol-free might change your relationships, make things awkward, or mean you are no longer as fun, social, or included.
-
You are tired of waking up disappointed in yourself, feeling like you let yourself down again, and promising that today will be different.
-
Deep down, you know alcohol is taking more from your life than it is giving you, and you are ready to find out what is possible when you finally stop leaving the door cracked open.
-
Imagine what could change over 12 weeks
-
Wake up proud of yourself.
No replaying the night before, no foggy mornings, and no promises that today will be different.
Trust yourself again.
-
You follow through on what you say you are going to do, and that confidence starts carrying into other parts of your life.
Free up the mental space alcohol has been taking.
-
Less negotiating, planning, and thinking about drinking. More space for the things and people that actually matter to you.
More patient, more calm.Â
-
More patient with your kids, more connected with the people you love, and more able to actually enjoy the moments you are in.
Feel confident without a drink in your hand.
-
Dinners, vacations, celebrations, weekends, and social situations start to feel easier because you trust yourself in them.
Have energy for the things you keep putting off.
-
The race, the book, the class, the project, the hobby, the goal, or whatever has been sitting on your someday list.
Start finding your sparkle again.
-
More joy, more confidence, more connection, and more excitement about what is possible for your life.
Removing alcohol is only the beginning
You can stop drinking and still feel stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, unsure of yourself, or like you are simply getting through the days without alcohol.
That is why Find Your Sparkle goes deeper. Yes, we will work on cravings, triggers, the witching hour, social situations, routines, and the practical tools that help you stay alcohol-free.
But we are also going to look at what has been sitting underneath the drinking.
The stress. The pressure. The perfectionism. The need to keep everyone happy. Caring so much about what other people think. The habit of putting yourself last. The belief that you need alcohol to relax, celebrate, connect, or have fun.
Because the goal is not to spend the rest of your life trying not to drink.
The goal is to become a woman who trusts herself, knows how to take care of herself, feels confident in her choices, and is creating a life she genuinely wants to be present for.
How Find Your Sparkle works
Over 12 weeks, we will move from simply removing alcohol to building the habits, tools, confidence, and identity that help this change actually last.
First, we build your alcohol-free foundation
We will work on cravings, triggers, the witching hour, routines, social situations, and the moments when your brain tells you that one drink would make everything easier.
You will learn practical tools you can actually use in your real life instead of relying on willpower and hoping you feel motivated.
Then, we work on what sits underneath it
We will look at stress, difficult emotions, self-compassion, boundaries, perfectionism, caring what other people think, and the patterns that have kept you reaching for alcohol when life feels like too much.
You will begin learning how to pause, understand what you actually need, and respond differently.
Then, we build what comes next
This is where we focus on confidence, self-trust, identity, connection, goals, fun, purpose, and creating an alcohol-free life that feels like something you are moving toward rather than something you are missing out on.
What’s included
You will have support throughout the full 12 weeks, both inside our weekly coaching calls and in the moments between them when real life is actually happening. Everything inside Find Your Sparkle is designed to help you take what we are learning and put it into practice in your everyday life.
Coaching & Support
12 weekly 60-minute group coaching calls
Each week we will focus on a specific theme and give you practical tools, coaching, reflection, and action steps you can use immediately.
Weekday support from Jaime
You will have Monday-Friday support and connection between calls so you are not left trying to figure everything out by yourself when real life happens.
Guest speakers
Throughout the program, I will also bring in guest experts to support some of the deeper themes we will be exploring.
Tools & Weekly Work
Each week you will receive practical exercises, reflection prompts, and tools to help you apply what we are talking about to your actual life.
We will cover topics including cravings, triggers, routines, stress, emotions, self-compassion, nervous system regulation, boundaries, social situations, confidence, identity, reconnecting with yourself, and more.
This is not about consuming more information.
It is about actually practicing something different.
Community & Connection
You will be part of a small private group limited to 15 women.
You will have a place to be honest about what is hard, celebrate what is going well, ask for support, and connect with women who genuinely understand the mental gymnastics of changing your relationship with alcohol.
There is something incredibly powerful about realizing you are not the only one thinking, feeling, or struggling with these things.
Why 12 weeks?
Lasting change takes more than one really motivated Monday.
A few alcohol-free days can show you that you are capable of doing this.
A few weeks can help you start building momentum.
But over 12 weeks, we have time to actually live life together.
There will be stressful days, weekends, social events, celebrations, low-motivation days, difficult emotions, unexpected triggers, and moments when the novelty of being alcohol-free wears off.
That is where so much of the real work happens.
We have time to notice what comes up, work through it, practice new tools, build habits, get back up when things do not go perfectly, and keep going.
Because this is not about perfection. I believe in progress over perfection, always.Â
Why Find Your Sparkle is different
There are plenty of ways to take a break from alcohol or learn more about why you drink. Find Your Sparkle is different because we are not stopping at the drink. We are working on the things that help you create change that feels good enough to keep choosing.
We are changing more than the drink.
You will absolutely learn practical tools for cravings, triggers, stress, social situations, and staying alcohol-free, but we are also working on the habits, beliefs, identity, and patterns that have kept pulling you back.
You will be supported while real life is happening.
You are not watching a course by yourself and hoping you remember what you learned when Friday night rolls around.
We have 12 weeks to work through your actual weekends, stressful days, social events, celebrations, difficult emotions, and everything else life throws at you.
We are creating something you actually want on the other side.
The goal is not to spend your life thinking about how you cannot drink.
It is to build the confidence, habits, connection, self-trust, and life that make alcohol feel less and less important.
This program is for you if...
You do not need to come into this program perfectly confident, completely alcohol-free, or with everything figured out. What matters is that you are ready to be honest with yourself, show up for the process, and try something different.
- You are ready to stop making another rule around alcohol and genuinely explore what your life could look like without it.
- You are willing to show up, be honest, and try new things even when they feel uncomfortable.
- You want support and accountability, but you do not want shame, judgment, or another rigid program that makes you feel like you failed if you are not perfect.
- You want practical tools, but you are also ready to look at some of the habits, beliefs, and patterns underneath your drinking.
- You want to feel more confident, more present, more connected, and more like yourself again.
- And you are ready to stop waiting for the perfect time to change.
Meet Jaime
Hi I’m Jaime. I’m a certified Alcohol-Free, Mindset, and Success Coach, but I’m also a mom, runner, wife, and former corporate badass. From the outside, my life looked really good. I had a successful career, a family I loved, friends, goals, and so much to be grateful for, but alcohol had slowly become way too important in my life.
I wasn’t drinking every day, but I was using alcohol to relax, reward myself, socialize, celebrate, and take the edge off when life felt like too much. When I finally stopped trying to make moderation work and gave myself the chance to experience life alcohol-free, so much started to change.
I became more present, more confident, and more consistent, and I started trusting myself again. I rediscovered goals, interests, and parts of myself that had gotten buried under work, parenting, stress, and drinking.
Eventually, I left my corporate career and created Amazingly Alcohol-Free so I could help other women experience what I had experienced for myself. I don’t believe removing alcohol makes your life smaller. I believe it gives you the space to make your life so much bigger.
