JOIN THE CONFIDENCE CLUBYou know your life feels better without alcohol, but you also know there is more to this journey.
Maybe you have stopped drinking or are drinking less, but you still feel like something is missing.
You want to feel confident in your decision, but social situations can still feel awkward.
You want to stay consistent, but one difficult day can make you question everything.
You have people in your life who care about you, but they do not always understand what this experience is really like.
You are tired of overthinking your choices, explaining yourself, or feeling like you are the only one doing this.
You want more than simply not drinking. You want to feel proud of the life you are creating.
The Confidence Club gives you a place to stay connected, supported, and inspired as you build that life one small action at a time.
Imagine feeling more confident in your alcohol-free life.
You stop wondering whether you are doing this “right” and begin trusting what works for you.
You stop feeling like the only woman who finds certain moments hard and connect with women who truly get it.
You build habits that support how you want to feel without expecting yourself to be perfect.
You handle stressful days, social situations, celebrations, and setbacks with more confidence and less overthinking.
You make time for the things that light you up, reconnect with your goals, and start having more fun again.
Most importantly, you become the woman who continues showing up for herself, even when life is messy.
That is what we are building inside the Confidence Club.
This Is a Community Where You Can Be Yourself
Inside The Confidence Club, you are met with encouragement, not judgment.
We celebrate the big wins, the small wins, and the moments when simply making it through the day deserves to be celebrated.
You can ask for support when you need it, participate at your own pace, and share only what feels comfortable.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you join. You can show up exactly as you are.
This community is supportive, uplifting, fun, and human. It is a place where women build meaningful friendships while continuing to grow into the women they want to become.
A Supportive Daily Rhythm: The 5 Daily Sparkles
Inside the Confidence Club, we follow a simple, flexible daily framework called the 5 Daily Sparkles.
The 5 Daily Sparkles are not another checklist you have to complete perfectly. They give you a supportive rhythm you can return to on the good days, the difficult days, and everything in between.
Small actions create momentum. Momentum builds motivation. Motivation builds confidence.

Why the Confidence Club Is Different
We Focus on the Life You Are Creating
This membership is not only about removing alcohol. We focus on building confidence, managing emotions, creating supportive habits, reconnecting with your goals, and creating a life you do not want to escape from.
You Receive Support Without Pressure
There are multiple ways to participate, but you are not expected to do everything. Attend the calls that support you, use the community when you need it, watch recordings on your own time, and engage at a pace that fits your life.
Connection Is at the Heart of Everything
This is not a large, anonymous group where you post once and disappear. The Confidence Club is intentionally designed to help women feel seen, included, and connected.
The Confidence Club Is for You If…
- You know alcohol is no longer supporting the woman you want to be.
- You are curious about an alcohol-free life but do not feel ready to adopt a label.
- You have stopped drinking and want support staying connected to your decision.
- You have been alcohol-free for a while but want to keep growing instead of feeling stuck.
- You want to feel more confident during weekends, holidays, vacations, celebrations, and social situations.
- You want practical tools you can use in your real life.
- You are looking for connection with positive, like-minded women who understand this journey.
- You want accountability and encouragement without judgment or perfection.
- You want to create a full, fun, meaningful life where alcohol is no longer at the center of everything.
- You are willing to keep showing up for yourself, even when that looks different from one day to the next.
What Begins to Change When You Stay Supported
When you have consistent support and a community that understands you, you may begin to notice:
- You feel calmer and more confident in your everyday life.
- You recover more quickly when a difficult moment throws you off.
- You become more consistent with habits that help you feel good.
- You have tools to manage stress, emotions, and social situations without immediately reaching for alcohol.
- You feel less alone and more comfortable asking for support.
- You begin trusting yourself and your decisions again.
- You create more space for movement, rest, relationships, creativity, and fun.
- You feel genuinely proud of the woman you are becoming.
This is not about pushing yourself harder or trying to become a completely different person.
It is about having the support to keep becoming more of yourself.

Leslie
I’ve been part of sober communities before, but I’ve never felt as comfortable or supported as I do in the Confidence Club. From the start, it was easy to connect with women I genuinely relate to, and the sense of camaraderie is real.
The meetings and group chat keep me inspired and grounded, helping me recommit to my sobriety every day. And Jaime Andersen’s hands-on coaching is a huge part of what makes this work. She’s encouraging and insightful, and brings an energy and vision that show up in every part of the program.
Most importantly, this is the most successful I’ve ever been in my sobriety. After years of struggling with alcohol, something here finally clicked. Sobriety doesn’t feel like a fight anymore. It feels right.

Working with Jaime 1:1 was crucial for my success when I decided to quit drinking. She was able to meet me where I was at without judgement, and help me step by step with how to navigate the beginning of the journey. When I felt steady enough on my own I joined her Confidence Club, where I've met other women doing the same work. It gives me a safe place to share both my successes and challenges, but is also so fun and inspiring! These women are AMAZING
Hi, I'm Jaime.Â
I stopped drinking in July 2022 after years of knowing alcohol was no longer working for me.
Removing alcohol changed my life, but it did not magically fix everything.
I had to learn how to manage stress, feel my emotions, trust myself, have fun, navigate relationships, and create a life I did not need to escape from.
I also learned how important community is.
You can be surrounded by people who love you and still feel alone in this journey. Having women around you who understand the social situations, the overthinking, the awkward firsts, the hard days, and the incredible wins can change everything.
Today, I am an alcohol-free coach, mindset and success coach, yoga instructor, running coach, retreat host, former corporate leader, wife, and mom.
I created the Confidence Club because I wanted women to have the kind of space I needed: somewhere uplifting, supportive, practical, and fun, where you can build confidence and meaningful friendships while creating your best alcohol-free life.
I believe alcohol is the problem, not the person.
I believe confidence is built through small actions that create momentum.
I believe community can completely uplevel your alcohol-free journey.
Most importantly, I believe you are capable of creating a life that feels even better than the one you are afraid to leave behind.,Â
