Welcome to Amazingly Alcohol-Free Coaching. By purchasing a program, membership, coaching package, retreat, course, or other service from Amazingly Alcohol-Free Coaching, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Confidence Club Membership

Confidence Club is a monthly membership designed to provide community, coaching, education, accountability, resources, and support for women exploring or living an alcohol-free lifestyle.

Membership is currently $29 per month, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Your membership will automatically renew each month using the payment method provided at checkout until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will continue to have access through that date.

Refund Policy

All Confidence Club membership payments are non-refundable. This includes payments for partially used billing periods.

Because membership is billed monthly and you may cancel at any time, refunds or prorated credits are not provided for unused time within a billing period.

If you cancel, you will retain access to Confidence Club through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.

Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

All coaching, community content, calls, resources, workshops, and materials provided by Amazingly Alcohol-Free Coaching are intended for educational, motivational, and personal-development purposes only.

Coaching is not medical care, therapy, mental-health treatment, addiction treatment, or a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

If you have questions or concerns about alcohol withdrawal, medications, your physical health, or your mental health, please consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

Community Expectations

Members are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly within the community.

Amazingly Alcohol-Free Coaching reserves the right to remove a member from the community for inappropriate, harmful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

If membership access is terminated because of a violation of community guidelines, refunds are not guaranteed.

Personal Responsibility

Participation in coaching, programs, memberships, events, and community activities is voluntary.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, safety, and results. Individual experiences and outcomes will vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Amazingly Alcohol-Free Coaching, including videos, recordings, worksheets, coaching materials, written content, frameworks, downloads, and community resources, are owned by Amazingly Alcohol-Free Coaching unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, or republished without written permission.

Live Calls and Recordings

Certain group coaching calls, workshops, or community events may be recorded and made available to members.

By participating in a recorded session, you understand that your name, voice, image, or comments may appear in the recording.

If you prefer not to appear in a recording, you may keep your camera off and limit identifying information shared during the session.

Technology and Access

Membership content may be delivered through third-party platforms, including community, video conferencing, email, payment, and course platforms.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain consistent access, Amazingly Alcohol-Free Coaching is not responsible for temporary outages, technical issues, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

Changes to Membership

Amazingly Alcohol-Free Coaching may update membership features, meeting schedules, community platforms, or included resources over time.

Any material changes to pricing for existing members will be communicated before they take effect.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Amazingly Alcohol-Free Coaching does not directly store full credit card information.
